Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. Spoken English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Room was larger and more comfortable than the place I had come from in Tokyo, and it was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and 2 kinds of pillows were also a bonus. Hotel is within walking distance of Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and the subway at Sakaisuji-Hommachi is only 4 blocks away.
all reviews » Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfy but little bit small but you know it's japan, it has bath tub!, Breakfast was fairly good, not far from subway station if you are a light traveller, aprox 5-10min walk.. And so on. Overall, nice place to ecconimical stays. The staff were friendly and actually spoke English,we had two guys at the front desk who were so helpful , the room was small, but in Japanese room sizes it was the best we had whilst in Japan , very clean and would recommend it to anyone travelling. Its awesome clean and not really far from the station. The staff is really nice and alot of mini markets like Family mart, Lawson and 7 eleven around the hotel. Even if its a bit small but its japan, its worth for its price. This is the second time I stay at this hotel, it is always wonderful. The location is perfect, a 5-minute walk to the Sakasuji-Hommachi station and then you can get to anywhere in Japan from there. very nice and clean.located about 5 min walk from the metro station (2 different ones) there are restaurants and bars around the hotel its a chain hotel in Japan. we really enjoyed our stay. Almost everything, the place was spotless and quite spacious for Osaka. it has all the amenities that we required, even had facial care items for female visitors which was an extra plus. I stayed in a room solo and it was really nice - comfy bed, everything was new and clean, the area is very quiet and safe. The subway is about 5 minutes away, which is really convenient. facilities in room were great!!! microwave oven and utensil box set in room is very impressive as well as free laundry machine. U can hire a powerplug for Japan at the reception so no need to buy one. The room is clean and cozy, and they offer some free samples of skin care products. A lot of restaurants located nearby. A small supermarket and pharmacy is only 20 meters. clean. I just stayed only one night so i'm not sure about its pain point. Parking lot seems small. If you are carrying lots of or heavy baggage, it won't be the perfect place to stay because you have to walk more than 4 blocks from the subway station. There was nothing we could complain about. nothing, we totally enjoyed our stay. The location was quite far from the nearest train station but it is within walking distance (about 10 mins). No WIFI in room public area only. Even the hotel provide Lan line but for those haven't brought notebook is not convenient to come down at lobby and search info. It's a bit difficult to find the first time. Bit far from train station. Bit far from the Subway, we had very heavy bags but it is not their fault of course :d. No negativs. Like most hotel rooms in Japan, this one was very small. We almost had no room for our luggage. Located a little outside of the main areas, the hotel didn't show on the map. hard to find. Location is not easy to find (some taxi driver got confused) Free WiFi cannot be accessed from bedroom. Breakfast closed early in AM 9:30. Difficult to find your way around. Maybe a detailed description of how to get out of metro station to the hotel would be nice. (there's about 15 exits!). The hotel is accessible from two subway stations, however if you take subway, you need to walk for about 10 minutes from either station. so far fm st.
