the hostel is very safe, and owns the whole building. execellent value for money compared other hostel in the area. the are grand social spaces end the garden is A stunning feature. the ostel is located just near to main tourist attractions and station for vaporati S.samuele and accadeny, the roon was very clean and spacious. the hotel staff was very nice and helpful èasred. Called themselves B&B but there's no breakfast option Kinda hard to find if you're first to Venice. It's a little bit hard to find out first time. On the information they said that there was no bed linen included but it was! It made me travel with a sleeping bag with no use for it. It should be updated the information on the website!. Most people stay for 1 night in Venice and the first night I stayed there was a constant flow of people arriving through the night. Watch out for the tourist tax!. The breakfast is not included in the price and you have to arrange your self. Wifi was poor No air conditioning Very Small outdoor area. The final price is not the one advertised on booking. very late check in time - 3pm.
