Alina, who runs the hotel is probably one of the nicest people that I
have ever met. She was always smiling and ready to help you with any
questions or recommendations. What a sweetheart, she made our stay a
wonderful experience.

Excellent Hotel with great rooms and interior.
Location : 15 Minutes walking from Railway station but hotel very close to waterbus station
Rooms : Clean , modern and very new room with all accessories. Wifi included.
We got a room which had a balcony overlooking the street and canal - really nice view.
Staff: The hotel is run by a couple who are very friendly and helpful.
Food : Breakfast is ok.
The location is convenient to the railway station and also to the airport with a vaporetto stop near by. A friendly elegant hotel with a homely atmosphere. The route from hotel to Rialto and San Marco is convenient with many shops restaurants and cafes. It is my second stay at La Palazzina and recommend it to all visitors.
Our Hostess, Alina couldn't have been more helpful. She was a delight! Would definitely recommend this B&B. Very central location and the ocean was at the end of the street, with a gondola service right outside and nice restaurants nearby. Even though this is a busy location, we couldn't hear any noise from our room.

Location is just a 10 minute comfortable walk from the train station

We found a restaurant about 100' up the canal named Gam Gam,excellent food and reasonable for Venive. Need a reservation.

Only downside - The hotel doesn't have a lift is run by a lady so If you are carrying heavy luggage you will have to carry it yourself.
For older people managing luggage on the stairs may be a challenge.

porter to help with luggage, but it's just 1 flight of steps.
The stairs, although only one flight and they were carried down for us. No problem if your young.
If you are tall don't get the attic room. - it has an amazing deck overlooking the canal and is very quiet but the slanted ceilings and beams and the small room size weren't ideal for my tall son.
