Friendly staff Attractive room, exellent decor Excellent breakfast Convenient to railway station Value for money (Venice is expensive!) Free Wi-fi Very clean. The rooms are large, quite, safe, clean and quite nice. Great location amongst restaurants and shops. Would stay here again. Found it hard to locate on arrival Long walk up stairs with heavy cases. The first night our air con wasn't working and the staff came and looked at it and said everything was in order. After a long time we figured out it was on a wrong setting and managed to get air con. Seemed a couple rooms had the same issue and the staff hadn't realised this when called to the rooms to investigate. We asked for a double bed and instead got 2 single beds pushed together.
