The modern contemporary interior design of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms. Easy access to city centre and hotel very peaceful and relaxing. Nice hotel, central, lovely helpful staff. As a family, we have stayed here before and will again, if the cost stays ok. On this occasion I had to arrive at a later time to my teenage children. When they came on their own they were treated with proper respect and courtesy by the staff. I appreciated this. Very happy with everything.Location + quietness. Was allowed to extend my checkout time and was not charged anything extra for this!!!!. Central, easy access to Shops and Temple Bar, Croke park, Luas nearby.Centrality of hotel in dublin, quality of suite. The service of the girl behind the bar. location and quietness of room. location was perfect, staff were friendly and offered information about local area.the room was very big .. it was a real treat!. Nice modern looking room and bathroom. The hotel is located conveniently. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable. - Great staff, nice breakfast and easy to get to the centre of the city by Luas. location, staff, room size and quality. Nice and quite. Location. Hotel was very modern and comfortable. Would recomend to everyone it wasjust outside the noise and bustle of temple bar but within walkingdistance of 15 mins really enjoyed weekend. Near to down town, or nearly in it. Breakfast for 9.99 € was good value for money. Room layout a little bit unusual - sink in bedroom. Still it worked ok. Good room, helpful staff, location convenient to Luas and by Dublin standards good value for money. easy access to Dublin, staff very friendly. The price, location and staff. The loccation. Its location. It is on a public square, in a newly redeveloped and clean area, only a two-minute walk from a city transit train stop, and has enough services from surrounding businesses to make it convenient. It is also a 10-minute walk from many downtown locations, but far enough way to avoid the excessive noise, crowds, etc.The location was close to the tram, the hotel has a retro look to it, its very funky..in a good way. Also the post office is close by and there are grocery stores around. 1. The room style and decor. 2. The location and immediate surroundings. 3. Quiet, which was really welcome.Lovely clean, modern rooms. Great breakfast selection albeit veryexpensive. clean...close to town. Continental style. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dinning area had nice decor. Hotel location very good for train station and luas. The waitress in the restaurant was extremely helpful and accomodating. The hotel seemed new and clean. A very funky room, right next to tram and arran quay for walking into oconnel street. Also near to Smithfield stop for the bus tour - excellent considering it was minus 2degrees!!!! Room was very warm, had hairdryer and tv and cd player - nice touch!. Good location. Staff variable in their knowledge and helpfulness. The Price and location. Just at the Smithfield Luas Stop. Very close to the Luas and fairly central overall. The rooms were large and had a decent view. Guinness was'nt the best and no sound on the tv at the bar so i couldnt here the match.I think Wireless Broadband should be available as part of the price and as a business representative I would always stay where internet access is available without extra charge eg Comfort Hotels. I would stay more often if the cost was lower.a very very minor thing......i felt there wasn't enough privacy with the toilet/bathroom in room. but am going to stay at hotel again because overall it was a great room!. Only the construction work outside which started up at 8am on Sunday morning but that was not the hotel's fault, I believe its the city council.Transparent bathroom walls!. Breakfast, poor service, buffet always out of items which had to be asked for. i thought it was very expensive. need hooks in bathroom to hang e.g. pajamas and things.Bathroom arrangement on a funny side -but for those who like modernism is OK. I sat down to have a drink and work on my laptop but the waiter took so long that my laptop battery went flat. I would also like to see free internet for guests. - Noisy people on balcony across the street. Safe became locked and took over an hour, three phonecalls and a visit to reception to fix the problem. Our Bathroom was not very clean looking , the Tiles were black with dirt let the place down big time + Carpet was flithy around the Hand basin.. Coming from a Hotel background do not think room should be have been given out in that condition. The shower curtain. Maintanence have to made in baths.no onsite parking. System that requires separate opening of credit to charge items from restaurant to room is inconvenient and utterly ridiculous. I have never come across this anywhere before and it caused confusion and inconvenience for several guests including myself. I stayed in another Park Inn in London just a few weeks ago and they did not have this system.the carpets were stained. 1. Room a bit tatty. 2. Dining area was cold. Not the hotels fault, but vagrants and druggies outside and around thehotel - found it very intimidating and worrying about walking back tohotel after dark. no bar at night. Poor tv picture. The glass door/wall in the bathroom. Impractical and noisy and irritating.Did not like: decor in room and shower shabby, range of toiletries was very poor. There was no information readily available concerning information onsites to visit, churches to go to, other restaurants etc.My room was very dark. We booked a queen size bed but it was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable as 1 of us always ended up sleeping on the joining in the middle. Expect to get what is advertised!. Breakfast was not good.Would get breakfast at outside cafe next time. One of the doors in the room was broken and was nearly falling over me. They had water system breakdowns and the corridor was full of water. There was an ice rink outside the front of the hotel - hearing Rhianna until twelve midnight with the thuds and screams of people falling over several times over was a bit annoying! Oh, and the cleanliness of the kettle and cup and saucer was questionable!. Given a very small room. Rooms a bit grubby looking. Tiles in bathroom dirty. Got room service and the tea was cold and the sandwiches had obviously been prepared for ages as the were not fresh. The bathroom was tiny and the stainless steel sink in the bedroom. There was no remote for TV. Bathroom had no tap, instead had to use the tap next to the bed which could result in water damage to the carpet in the bed rooms. The room was extremely hot and there was a very loud noise (some kind of water heater) which continued all night. The fact that the wash basin was in the main bedroom area and not in the bathroom. This may be ok for some couples but most people want privacy when washing. Not very good when friends are sharing. We all thought it was a trendy design decision gone very wrong! The reception staff never seemmed to be there. They didn't answer the bedroom phone and theye were never at the reception when needed.
