Really good location to walk to everything in Dublin City Center and just far enough away to avoid most of the late night "pub noise." Great to have a comfortable sitting area in the apartment for my teens who didn't go out late to relax in. The staff at reception were really nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of from the minute we got there! I priced a lot of accommodations in Dublin for our stay and this was a great value given we had a kitchen, sitting area, washe.

Receptionist excellent - even offered to bring me to the Apartment as the registration and key collection is done in a different location - 5/7 minute walk but weather dependent. Staff were helpful and the apartment is well-kept and spacious (the kitchen is compact, but fully equipped). We were happy with the location, which is not in the center of the touristy quarter, but still convenient to all attractions. It far exceeded our expectations. Loved everything about the apartments. The staff was more than helpful. The room was cleaned and fresh towels added daily. Very nice and comfortable. Wonderful friendly service at the reception and check-in. Staff was very helpful and offered good information (and discounts) on tourist sites. Good location, good value for money. Walking distance to everywhere. Comfy beds. Lots of space. Great cooking facilities with supermarket just a 2 min walk. Pubs and restrraunts all in walking distance. Large and airy apartment, suitable for a family of mixed generations including a young child, felt very safe and secure, good sized shower room close to ammeneties and daughter living in Bolton street. the space of the room is big, staff are friendly, location is good, very near to city center and shopping area. The heat was programmed and it got very hot in the apartment. They did tell us we just had to call and they would send someone to adjust right away, but we never did call. Registration required in a separate location -5/7 minute walk away so weather dependent if on foot, as I was. Also expected to return key there when vacating - not User friendly from this perspective. 3 beds in one room - not ideal if sharing with children. Not good value but in line with Hotel prices generally that night due to a Concert in the Aviva. Nothing. It was incredibly loud through the night and early in the morning. Traffic began at 6am and although we were on the 5th floor we heard people coming and going from the front door all night long. Dublin is getting a bit tired and very expensive. Take earplugs if you want to sleep. right between 2 pubs in a lively city. The apartment was a bit tired and dingy. Did not mention was a basement. Ran out of toilet paper. no housekeeping, some days I received new towels, others i did not, the trash also needed to be taken out more often.. Not having any outside space, kitchen was a little bit small and under resourced, could have done with instruction booklets for the appliences. Carpets and windows were dirty. facilities are not good. the toaster was broken. it was noisy at night. the reception and the apartment separated.

Please note, a refundable fee of EUR 20 (cash only) is required for the apartment key. Guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card provided to secure the booking upon check-in.
