Great size apartment after staying in other smaller accomodation for more cost in a main city. Near numerous convenience stores to purchase groceries to save on costly restaurants. location is excellent for walking & shopping...apartment is clean, spacious & well equipped. Will stay again.. I really like the close proximity to central dublin and places like Temple Bar, which I went to daily for the pubs and nightlife. The apartments are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Central location. Once the manager was found he was extremely helpful. The size of the apartment. heating,beds,kitchen. confort. Location close to things. the location is great. no reception/front office so have to make appointment to check in. Problem with internet connections eventhough free wifi.... Confusion regarding check in, instructions not clear and not very professional. It took us some time to find the contact person before we were able to get into the building. no tea towels. It's very hard to get in contact with the staff, there's really no reception area if you have questions, you have to call a number and your apartment can't make phone calls. Also, this place is very pricey for, in my opinion, only average accomodations. The property was extremely difficult to find. The wrong directions were given from the website. The only reason we found them was the person at the direction was able to give me the correct phone number. Many light bulbs broken and needed more cooking implements. No parking. we believed we were staying ar no 50 Parnell sqare but were taken to Stewart house 300 m away in parnell st. Entrance hall was dirty full of bin bags and freezers very offputting.no tea towels and we had to change are arrival time to suit them. find the staff adress. The tv broke during our stay and we asked for it to be fixed but nobody came, also the whole block seemed to be a bit seedy. I stayed at a first floor flat, and it was the noisiest you could ever imagine! the buses, cars and the people, so forget about sleeping after 5AM. Very run down, from lights coming off wall, unfinished panels n hall, poor finishing throughout, shower head broken, toilet seat lose, no blinds for skylights. No body wash or toiletries Uncomfortable lounge furniture, poorly equiped kitchen - a coffee plunger? casserole dish? decent frypan?.
