The Staff were really friendly and they try to do anything to make you feel like you were at home. The Food at the restaurant was lovely and the environment was relaxing. We are extremely happy with the room quality and We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to everybody who wishes stay in it. Well Done for The Hampton Hotel Team!. Reception staff were very friendly and atetntive and hte room was very well laid out and bed was very vcomfortable. All in all we had a very positive experience of our stay.
all reviews » Stayed in room 402. Very nice bathroom (spacious, bright, white). Bedroom very relaxing and comfortable. Felt like a boutique hotel. Price extremely reasonable. Loved the decor in the room the big bed tv and fire and massive bathroom also the bar the food and the location for the aviva.Would definately book again. The nightclub wasnt open friday night would have loved a boogy after our concert.The steps up to the entrance.I know these are small issues. The purple corridors were a little dark. Nightclub was not over until 3 a.m and crowd stayed outside for about another hour after this so was quite noisy. lots of stairs to go up and down with my suitcase. If you're a light sleeper this may not be the best hotel over the weekend due to the bar/nightclub the hotel runs fri/sat nights. Nothing. Bedroom windows didn't open. Air con not great. Shower wasn't great. Also we weren't told what time breakfast was finished so when we went down the next morning at 10.30am for food all we could get was an old reheated stodgy scone that was like a rock. Not good and zero flexibility with the staff. Not clean where we had breakfast. Not much,. Lack of variety at breakfast. Poor quality of food on offer for breakfast. - The scrambled eggs were like rubber, obviously prepared in the microwave. Sausages and other items were of low standard. the technology in the room didnt all work. We went down for breakfast and there was only 1 girl trying her best to keep everyone happy. She was ran off her feet and nobody to help her. The room temperature, especially in the mornings, was way too warm. Weird decor- felt like I was in the movie Alice in Wonderland and I had too many mushrooms. The bed was a little too short!. i emailed 1 month in advance to request a quiet room away from the night club, . when i arrived .i couldnt have been any closer to the night club and the drunken rabble outside up to 3am ... also beds are unusually short ... feet hung out the bed !!..
