Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. They spoke very good English. Check in was pleasant and easy and we arrived around an hour early but they still allowed us to check in. The room was lovely, very moder.
all reviews » Everything was great! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with many choices. We ate a bit later in the morning and everything was plentiful. We had an early flight the day we left, and the staff made coffee for us in the lobby and fixed sandwiches to take with us. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. Cozy lobby. The location couldn't have been more convenient! Lots of things are within walking distance. We've traveled in Eu. This hotel is perfect. It is new, very confortable and design. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is very quiet as it is located near the pedestrian aera of the city center in a small street perpendicular to the Danube with very few cars. The hotel is very central, you can walk to the main attractions (Royal Castle, St Mathias Church, Parliament, Basilica, Geller Baths...). The staff is friendly : they proposed me to book a taxi or a mini bus from the airport, they gave me a map of the city an. We booked to this hotel based on the reviews from here. No surprise! It's noisy in the rooms facing the street - the sounds of passing traffic and drilling from the building site next to the hotel - impossible to sleep. The bathroom was a little small but other than that no complaints. Coffee machine should be changed fir smth more easy to use for girls. I can't think of anything I don't like about this hotel.
