Stayed at the hotel. Had free wi-fi, based in the center of the shopping area, does a free breakfast from 7 - 10. Rooms large for the central location and well kitted out. Has a fair priced minibar. Nice bathroom. Our flight home was not utill 7pm and they allowed us stay on till 4 for a small fee. The location is excellent!!! You are truly in the city center and at a walking distance from nice places and all kind of transportation. The staff was always very helpful and to be honest the breakfast is good.

I missed a shower curtain, the bathroom floor became wet.Minor problems with the heating (too hot sometimes), the comfortness of the bed and the tap in the bathroom. A bit noisy, I heard men talking during the night coming from the front desk.heating in room could have been better, breakfast ok. no view from the room. tea / coffee facilites in the room were missed. We has one problem only- a very high level of noise ( conditions). No curtain in the shower. It is necessary to put a kettle in rooms. The pillows were too big and not comfortable.noise, viewless,. the pillow. it was difficult to take shower since no curtain has been attached to the bathtub. Also it was quite chilly in the breakfast room - not very good; and also a lot of noise in our room coming from inner courtyard. The other part of the staff was rather unfriendly. And most importantlywi-fi connection was not working although internet was one of the maincriteria while chosing the hotel - I needed it to work. The staff didntmanage to have internet fixed for at least 3 consecutive days.The room was too hot,, however, we were transferred to another room immediately following our complaint. The breakfast room is too small. WIFI Internet did not work at anytime !.
