The friendliness of staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were all extremely helpful with making reservations e.g city tour, taxi etc. This made life very easy indeed. All the staff were very helpful, one of the best we have stayed in, thebreakfast was also incredible. No free internet access.I did not like arriving to the room and finding black curly hairs in the bathroom and stains on the bedspread. The hotel bar was both expensive and lacking in character. Not a problem though as there are many bars to choose from in this great city. To say that women "of a certain kind" came into the bar at night was also really offputting when they were clearly touting for business!! Apart from that was great!. room was a lıttle small for a family with a child. Charge of internet. Internet facilities, although welcome, were not very usable. Keyboard did not allow for anything useful to be achieved. Hotel was fine, staff was a bit slow. Mini bar prices and prices for movies was extortionate. €5 for a tiny tin of peanuts is ridiculous. Room was a bit too small. Bathroom shower without a hose. Missing a restaurant in the hotel.
