  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great.   Great atmosphere, it had nice private rooms with air conditioning to camping grounds. Great pool and bar with lovely staff, shop, restaurant all part of the grounds and right in the centre of Fira... Fantastic - i like the rooms they r new with everything you need inside,the pool was great,the pool bar,the staff there! very close to the city also... what people say » ,wish i had stayed longer.. the food also is the best!!!!

  The view and the swimming pool (unfortunately they close it at 7 pm) - Location was very good, large pool, and bar area were excellent. Good Breakfast was important as I have teenage boys.

  Hostel was a little quiet. Stayed in the 12 male dorm but only had 2 other guys there so the toilets were fine. If it were full it might be a big queue for the toilet as there is only one shower and one sink. Other than that atmosphere was great. Had a pool with lounge chairs and a bar with music playing every night. If only there were more people... what people say » around. Location is great too. Not too far a walk away from the city centre. - Nice location, really close to the center, nice staff, dorm room with air conditioner, big pool, clean. They willing to pick you up from the port, even you just stay 1 night in the dorm room :)

  The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  Konstantina, the desk manager and jill-of-all-trades was so incredibly helpful, friendly and made it feel like she was there to cater to our every whim. She guided us to restaurants, orchestrated a last-second scooter rental, and gave us specific directions to little hidden gems on Santorini. The hotel is a small boutique with rooms and patios ov... what people say » erlooking one of the main "streets" for shopping and dining in Fira, not to mention one of the top views into the caldera. Amazing sunset and village - The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.
