The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini. It's a quiet 5 star hotel, staff are nice~room clean. It was not on e cliff side but trust me you will have thousands of resturnatns and cafes on the cliff side and you will watch the sunset everyday. Just a couple of things mentioned that would be in my room weren't there.... Eg.. iron, bath robe, coffee machine (there wasn't even tea or coffee making facilities) But anything I asked for was quickly attended to :-). -Hotel transfers (from port or airport) could be free of charge. -Room rates and meal prices could be a little bit lower. Location is 5min to the centre and the restaurants area (hotel is not located in the caldera), even though its still a staggering view; Breakfast was good, though far from being a 5* breakfast. Perhaps a little evening cosy bar is missing. The poolside bar has very good and attentive staff but perhaps lacks a bit of atmosphere in the evening. The location is not the best place, it's toward to the east in the other side of the moutain. N/A. Gym equipment not working. N/A. nothing. A bit isolated. 1. Price is too high; 2. It's not near the cliff and sea, i.e. it's not shown as the pictures. Loft bed area , poor design. Ceiling too low over bed, narrow stairs up to it."private pool" , not private at all. Not outside our room, over a few. Not an ideal family set up . Not a five-star hotel as same as its advertisement on the website. I think 3-4 star only. Small lobby and only one reception is there. Check-in took 1 hour to wait. The Honeymoon suite package is cheating because the room is very poor. The sea view is towards the east coast while the well-known view from the cliff is actually on the west coast of the island. So you know why some local people said the hotel price is stilling money from you. Strongly suggest you leaving it away. Not good enough view, the photo on the website looks much better than the actual view.
