When we arrived there was a problem as the hotel had not received my online confirmed booking.Anastia who is the hotel owner was very professional.She gave us option to go for a not so good room at her hotel and get some refund or she would upgrade us to a better room at another property for a day till then the type of room we had requsted would become available at Solaris.She was very friendly,great problem solver .Altough we spent a day at the hotel she made sure our stay was comfortable.As i.
all reviews » We came to Santorini for the wedding of our best friend and we stayed in Solaris. The hotel was very nice near to the center so we could easily reach our friend's hotel walking. Very nice clean swimming pool and a nice little bar there. The reception staff was very kind and helpfull we hadd all the information we needed. The room was like we saw it in the internet very clean and comfortable. It was a great stay!! We loved it! The whole staff was amazing. They were very warm and friendly! It is supposed that this should be done when the guests are away; however, it happened that on one day they waited for us to come back for an afternoon rest and they wanted to clean it then. The breakfast wasn't that variable. The mattress was uncomfortable. The breakfast area was a bit dark, dated and small. Poor breakfast.
