A lifetime experience in a blue and yellow (and not red like in some five-star hotels) surroundings. You have the parts of some ancient pillarsand the Zeus Temple you can see from your window. Clean, nice, theobjects of the room are chosen with taste and you have a nice small palmtree in your room. Nice staff as well! Efharisto!. beautiful and big room. Excellent room service. Staff very kind and helpful. Quite near city centre. I have a room with view on the smimmingpool and it was quiet. Good breakfast. Very clean.

It is a real problem for a hotel claiming to be incity center.There is no soul in hotel.Coffee machine in the rooms would be a nice touch. The room service cost for food was extremely expensive consequently I ate out each evening. The breakfest was excellent and that was included in the room rate.It's a pity that we just knew the roof garden was under renovation after arriving. After all, it's one of the most important reasons why we chose to stay. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. WLAN access with bad signal. Bad thing was that there was not guest book in the room. Also was kinda uncomfortable syntetic blankets. And in our room conditioner always worked on heating regime (well if u having couple of earplugs with urself u can open a window. But do not try to do it if you wont have any of they - motorcycles on night time r annoying). sandwiches around pool were poor quality and expensive. Location was a bit far from the action and had limited restaurants nearby.The buffet breakfast was complete but there was a lack of fresh products. Prices in the restaurant and bar were too high. room serice. bar food poor. the room 614 which we were staying for 9 days didnt have cofee table and the only table to have dinner or tea was the bed?. No access to the Pool area. Smoking is allowed in the foyer, bar and was even in the breakfastlounge on one morning. Very off-putting as a non-smoker (but then that'sthe way in Greece).The fact that when I did the reservation, they said that if available the de Lux room can come with a view of The Temple of Zeus, and when we got there they told us that we have to pay an extra 50 EU to get this. The room and the toilet were quite small. dining room staff could be more friendly.room cleaning staff could be more attentive to room details. It did not meet with my expectations of a five star hotel. Towels were grey and if I were preparing for visitors in my own home, I would not have put these towels out. No underblanket on beds. Hairdrier not working and despite asking at reception nothing was done about it until on checking out I mentioned it to a room attendant who immediately saw what the problem was.Restaurant is poor both in terms of quality and value for money. Room definitely not 5 star. I would give 3 star at the most.For the high price the room was lousey,way too small,bathroom was tiny. Bathroom are old and for sure not a 5 star hotel standart.the breakfast is very poor for a 5 star hotel, actually I consider that the hotel have fair 4 stars, therefore the room price is exagerated. only filter coffee was available at breakfast although the swimmingpool bar had a wider range of choices. The hotel was very noisy as they had construction work on the roof and children screaming in the swimmingpool. The hotel is suitable for family but not particularly suitable for business people trying to get some work done or people wishing to relax.The prices from hotel and to hotel are always different and higher fromthe hotel. It seems the hotel is using a taxi station that is far tohotel. It looks like there is another company in front of hotel althoughthey belong to the same company. There is no soul in the hotel. Thehotel is like a hospital in silence and without any action ofentertainment.
