The hotel is situated in an old part of Athens called the Plaka. It is right by the Accropolis and Hadrians Gate. Very central within walking distance to the center of town. 5 minutes from the Metro. There are shops and restaurants close by and an excellent old town square. The breakfast is OK and the dinning room pleasant. While I was there there were people with small children and they seemed to be happy. There are two PCs in the lobby and genrally really good value for money. Side view of th.

He may have sparked a new friendship/colleague :) I would recommend Adam's Hotel. Aphrodite and Joseph were very helpful with sharing information about Athens and showing us a map of the city. They were always available to help make reservations, give direction and answer questions. The hotel was also very close to everything we wanted to see. We walked to the Acropolis and many other sites and neighborhoods. - Perfect location - good breakfast - flexibility of the staff: we came to run Athens marthon, and the day of the race breakfast was served from 5am, up to 3 before the schedule. Adam's hotel was centrally located, the staff helpful and accommodating, the room clean and spacious with balconies on 2 sides which helped with the night heat. A very comfortable, perfectly located hotel. Large balconies to enjoy the sun and catch great views of the Akropolis. Looking forward to our next stay there!. Very helpful staff, Perfect location. Easy to access shops and restaurants at all budget levels. Perfectly located in the middle of Athens old town even though really hard to find by car. Triple room big as it has two rooms. Hotel location is great and staff was very helpfull. The place was safe and all the time some staff was waited in reception. Friendly family hotel. Good breakfast. Good Location. Actually nothing was really negative about the place. It is not 5 star but it is very clean the people are nice and the location is GREAT. - One of 4 days there was a problem with hot water in the showers and we had to take them between mild and cold. - wi-fi was not very stable. A technician had to come twice (positive side is that he came on Friday & Sunday nights). No complaints whatsoever. Nothing. The rooms are small. Not the place to be with a car very tight streets. the bed was very hard. the toilet and shower were in a VERY small room, very had to shower. had to move furniture a bit to access electrical outlets. The rooms were smaller than we expected with little room for our bags. The bathroom was ok but the shower recess is really small and only hand held hose for use. The hotel is not properly maintained. Light on the room was not working and the table lamp was broken with the wires not protected (really dangerous) Toilet was losing water and had some smell. Is not that cheap to have some many things not working. Rooms are very small and old fashion. Housekeeping was not good enough especially bed sheets and blankets. Poor air condition. Cigaret smell was too heavy. Not good for asthma people. Unfriendly lazy staff. Tea in afternun = 2 Euro. On arrival by taxi the man at reception did not help us with our luggage, we hauled it into reception only to be told that there was no room for us. My credit card had been debited by Adams and he told us that we had not paid! We then had to haul our luggage to another hotel referred by him. We were very happy that Adam's had no room for us!!!!.
