staff was very friendly and helpful. gave me tips to save me money. got me my taxi fare back after the tour company made me take a taxi to another hotel for pickup. good location steps away from the beach, and the Tram to Athens. Excellent location. Short walk to beaches in Voula. Bus stop nearby with regular bus services to your chosen location. Tram also nearby. You can take the tram into Athens. A good idea is to take tram and visit the various beaches along that route day by day to experience the different resorts.

Bus station to the airport and city is right infront the hotel, lot's of coffee shops and restaurants close to the hotel. This is a nice small hotel located suitably in a nice suburb of Athens very closed to seaside and bus and tram stops leading to Athens. Shower room is very small and perhaps some insects, like ants and cockroaches can be met there. But I like the hotel. . Close to the seaside; good transport connection - easy to get to/fromthe airport, city center, Piraeus; nice balcony in each room; nicebeaches - not too much people, clean sea. friendly staff, free WiFi access, excellent connection to public bus system, close to beach, excellent cafe in the ground floor, night clubs and stores in close proximity. Friday and Saturday nights were noisy as there are two night clubs close by and the people are leaving at 4 am.The hotel is excellent. No catering but Everest Cafe below is more than adequate, excellent in fact. The only upgrade needed at this hotel is attention to plumbing. Shower facilities fine but on some sinks only one tap works. Toilets difficult to flush clean. noise. Parking could be easier, though not very bad.As usual, the hard Greek beds, and the WC doors didn't shut -- but if you are going to go to Greece, you live with the facilities. It is also close to a busy road.No air conditioning in the room - you can die there in summer; verynoisy because of big streets nearby; 40 min from city center. small and unlockable bathrooms, bells of nearby church wake you up every day at 6am. The staff was unknowledgable, they turn the air conditioning off at certain times, the beds aren't as advertised, no fridge but a tiny mini bar, they turn the internet off during certain times, very loud, from the church bells outside, couldn't sleep, very uncomfertable, overall a horrible hotel.

By Public Transport:
From the airport, take bus number X96 to the Hospital Asklipio Voula Station. The hotel is exactly opposite the main door.

To get to the centre of Athens from the hotel, take the A2 and E2 bus services.

To reach the Port of Piraeus from the hotel, take buses A1 and E1. The buses run from 05:00 until 24:00, and there is a 24-hour service to the airport.

By Tram:
The new Voula tram station is 200 metres opposite Miramare Hotel.
