Hospitality and warm welcome of owners and staff.Facilities are excellent. Location is superb and quiet ,only two minutes walk to Tram.They extended so much help and advices.They made cruise reservations for us and helped in sending a parcel to uk themselves. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Not only do they advise and suggest your daily itinerary but also ask you about it at the end of the day. Clean and comfortable suites. Overall an awesome experience.
