Next to the U-bahn with multiple connections. Zoo Garden is steps away. World famous Theater literally next door. Shopping boulevard steps away. Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.

  Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". - The reception staff were excellent, we loved being offered a hot towel on our arrival. They cheerfully greeted us every time we came and went.   Rooms were great, liked the reception area and the fact that you seemed to be able to get a coffee at any time, and staff were very friendly and efficient. We have passed on the address to friends - Very comfortable rooms, more then kind staff, the location of the hotel is perfect.

  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... what people say » Hauptbahnhof. Counter staff are very courteous , room is modern, spacious and clean, bed and pillow are very comfortable, breakfast captain is very he - Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though.
