  Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, situation of hotel was excellent - in a quiet road but very close to Ku'damm. I was visiting Berlin with a friend and so wanted to have a twin-bedded room (not a double bed) and this was the only hotel where a twin bedded room was specified on the room list. There are four restaurants... what people say » very close to the hotel which are convenient for eating in the evening. - Everything. The manager was extremely helpful. The room and shower facility (in the hallway) were very clean. Appreciated the TV in the room. The hotel in located in a good district of Berlin and a 20 minute walk from Zoo Garten train station. The dining area for breakfast was most pleasant and also clean. I found the place and staff faultless. Definitely recommended.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great size and hotel is in fantastic location on Ku'damm, near trains, shops and great restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.   Very , very clean rooms. Very quiet , in first night we were thinking that we are only guests in the hotel. In the hotel you fell like at home. Very good location. Breakfast room is small like one rooms size. Breakfast choice is excellent. I advise everybody this hotel.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!
