Hotel stuff and comfort. Friendly and Helpful Staff, location to where we wanted to be and relaxed attitude. Friendly helpful staff with good English, close to O2 Arena and East Side Gallery (best example of Berlin Wall), easy to get to town via nearby train/subway station, handy and reasonably priced 24hr cafe in the building, fenced off parking space available by reservation. Rooms not fancy (who NEEDS fancy?) but certainly clean.
