The staff was very friendly and helpful.The location of the hotel is just perfect for travelers by train. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming at all times.I was on my way to Africa and needed to be near the train station. This hotel is a not unreasonable option for a single businessman on a business trip for one night. It was clean and had the all of the esentials for an overnight stay. I would stay there again. The personal was very helpful and efficiaent.

The hotel management giving us a un-secure double room with door lock is not functioning,8th Floors with no lift and no corridor light.Hotel management not allow us to changing other room and give us a solution either we accepts the room or refurn the room rental,the staff tell us you are not able to get any room in paris city cause all fully booked.and the management never arrange us to other hotel. cleaning , breakfast.
