I love this hotel and will be back... again!. Convenient location close to the trainstation and metro. Very clean bathrooms.Staff was very kind and helpful. Room cleaned well every day. was fine, nothing to complain about relatively good location. Its good for solo travellers. The location near the metro station is very convenient. In addition there's alot of restaurants in a walkling distance from the hotel and all have English menus. In addition the staff were very nice and did their best to make my stay a pleasant one. Comfortable, located very close to Gare du Nord, many choices of food available. A good location to the Metro and train stations. The hotel is very near the MRT and train station. There are also a lot of restaurants and small eating houses. The triple room is just nice for 3 people and the toilet is big and clean comparing the hotels I had stayed before. The hotel staff are very friendly and can speak good English.The woman working at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The tourist pamphlets display in the lobby was helpful in planning our days. Having the internet available in the lobby was great. The bathroom in our room was large and newly renovated which was nice. Convenience to where I needed to go the following day.The staff. Only the location of the hotel is perfect for the people coming form CDG airport to city (Line B direct ). location. Location was good. Could use some cosmetic work, but it's mainly superficial.Apparently the interiors has not been renovated for many, many years. Nothing at all- highly recommended. Pillows. Need to take your own!. simply the windows did not shut out the noise from the street. Its not great for couples on a holiday.Even though the web site said that they offered Internet access, I found that the Interent was down during my whole stay in spite of all the attempts to fix it. Anyway, I must admit I didn't have much time to check my email because I was too busy touring Paris. There was only one powerpoint(for the TV) and no coffee making facilities. Noisy at night, lift too small. The bed was a little to small!. However, as my hotel is facing the road, it was very noisy days and nights. I asked to change my room but the service staff advised me to close the windows to reduce the noise but the ventilation in the room was very bad as there was no air con facilities or air ven.The hotel could use new flooring/carpets in the rooms. Very basic hotel, but i accept I got what I paid for. Choice was limited as all other hotels were full. Room was noisy from traffic, but that is not the hotels fault, it was in the centre of Paris!!. poor breakfast toilet poor design and function. Restrooms were clean but old and smelling... For single and those will use the hotel only for sleeping it is enough.Heating system in room was poor, not enough blankets for the time of the year. If someone else was using the shower in the hotel, I did not have any hot water. A little dangerous at night. Soundproofing was horrible. I could say by my experience that this hotel wasn't fine, I neverrecommend it for young couple. Wery noisy, dust in the room, looked wery run down compaired to what we have experienced in other hotels in Paris at the same price level.
