The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. Also close the the city tour buses and the metro station. Other positives are: it's is a brand new hotel. Very clean and very quiet. 1. Location makes it convenient to walk to almost all the major tourist attractions 2. The staff is very courteous, charming and helpful and well directed by the 'chief' person ( I believe his name was 'yannick') 3. Very good value for the money.

The space. I dont like space of the room only. The room (1 bed room) size is too small. The bed room on the top is very dangerous as there are bulging decoration. I and my friend hit our head and it was really painful. Design of the room very bad. And they should take more care for cleanness. Size of the rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. Too small Service are limited, towel not changed everyday. Room to small. My studio was 8 or 9 square meters only. Not 20 square meters at all. I hardly found a place in the room to move.
