The hotel was modern and clean, with very polite and friendly staff. Great location; 5 mins walk from the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. We requested some details of local restaurants and they were supplied with some recommendations. They also offered to book them for us. We were given a free upgrade of room on our arrival; a nice touch for out Anniversary. This is a perfect hotel with perfect staff. They are so welcoming,supportive and great. I will definitely use this hotel again and again,and I will also recommend it to my friends.

Rooms are rather small but nicely equipped with modern furniture. It is a small hotel in excellent location. The room is expensive butvery good considering the location and the crazy prices in Paris. I haveto mention that I rented a superior room so I do not know about theregular room. The requested "Anniversary Package" was slightly disappointing. Real rose petals and a better selection of music would have been better. When we got there they did not have our complete reservation but made it a point to fix it and immediately make us comfortable.the temperture was too high in staircase. they only have 1 elevator and I think they need to add another one if possible. don't really like the amber-pur perfume. There is no proper bar at the hotel and cocktails are being made in the nearby bar. At the time you receive your cocktail ice is melted and it seems not freshly made.Breakfast is the same everyday. No conceirge during our stay and it seems that they are using nearby shops attendants that might belong to hotel. I recommend guests check their bill on daily basis for a possibility of mistakes and extra charges like what happended to me. Bathroom is small. Elevator too small.
