The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. Also close the the city tour buses and the metro station. Other positives are: it's is a brand new hotel. Very clean and very quiet. 1. Location makes it convenient to walk to almost all the major tourist attractions 2. The staff is very courteous, charming and helpful and well directed by the 'chief' person ( I believe his name was 'yannick') 3. Very good value for the money.

Staff is great (polite and very helpful) location is superb (close to city center/ dining places/ public transport/etc.) rooms are nicely designed kitchen is well equipped/ convenient to use. everything was perfect, staff were very friendly and the place was clean and very close to a supermarket, restaurants and Champs elysees street. الفندق وايد حلو ومريح وامان لو انه حجم الغرف صغير بس تصميمه وتوزيعه للغرف وايد حلو ومرتب والمكان امان والعاملين بالفندق وايد طيبين وخصوصا ادم. The bill from the mini bar was a bit of sting in the tail, but perhaps we just over did it! Would highly reccommend. elevator is small and price is quite a bit expensive. The room was a bit small, but normal for Paris. The one bathroom was at the head of the bed, which was a bit odd. Also this is not really a hotel, so some of the check in procedures were a bit odd, but painless. The facilities in the kitchen. There was no toaster or bowls to eat cereal. Nothing. Shame only found it after two nights in an absolute rathole. Room floors. the nesspreso capsules in the room should be for free considering the room daily rate. bad cleaning (house keeping didnt clean the floor or kitchenette equipment. - room capacity (are too small). ther are only one bathroom in the flat also the room was very small. The space. I dont like space of the room only. The room (1 bed room) size is too small. The bed room on the top is very dangerous as there are bulging decoration. I and my friend hit our head and it was really painful. Design of the room very bad. And they should take more care for cleanness. Size of the rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. Too small Service are limited, towel not changed everyday. Room to small. My studio was 8 or 9 square meters only. Not 20 square meters at all. I hardly found a place in the room to move.
