Excellent location, it is about 15 minutes walk to the Triomphe Etoile where you can take the les car to the airport. The Tour Eiffel and the RER C station to Versailles is also within walking distance. Room is clean and comfort. Staff is helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has a very friendly staff that was available to help us and the room was quite good. It is very close to the Champs Elysee avenue and 5 min from two subway stations. The breakfast was very good! I would definitely stay here again!.
所有评语 » My friend and I really liked Mr. Armund. He is a lovely man, who helped us to enjoy our stay. Mr. Armund is very knowledgable and very friendly. He is an assett to your business. Rooms were modern. staff at reception spoke excellant english and were very helpful in pointing us the correct direction for the landmarks. Location is great as it is within reasonable walking distance to the major attractions. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. the locaiton , cleaning the room evry day, thwo they enter the room any way even if you didnt ask. Cleanliness and the lady-receptionist in the morning shift (sorry, to forget her name). the location. Location. There was not a bar in the hotel. Breakfast was ment to be on till 10am but when we went down at 9:30 there was not alot left at all. Breakfast was very basic and tables too near to each other and too few for the number of guests they could accommodate. the berkfast is poor. The breakfast was not reasonable for the price. Nothing. I had to return early 2 nights due to a bereavement but could not get reimbursed or partial reimbursement , as I am sure that room was not left empty for Bastille Day. Even though we paid for deluxe room, it was VERY small. Bathroom was tiny. Buffet breakfast was lacking in choices, and not replenished often. Also no restaurant or room service. Ok for our short stay but not value for money. too small rooms. The receptionist in night shift arman. He was very rude and unfriendly. I stayed there just one!! Night and he made me feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, despite good location, I would never stay at this hotel because of this person. Do not want to face with the same disrespect and rudeness. -high value verses the room size,facility,quality of service. -under expectation spicaly room furnture -totlets quilty of soup,shampoo and glass doors!. Wery expensive. Litle room.
