However, these are minor complaints and did not spoil the holiday.Not a great breakfast. Standard ham, cheese and coffee. Not much more. No staff to assist with bags. Access to lift one floor up. Not a great welcome after a long flight to carry heavy bags. the price was high for what it was. Basic hotel and the superior room was not so superior.i wouldn't like to see the standard room. No refregent in the room. the stuff are not frendly. Very small room, access to the lift by narrow and steap staircase, wall papers torn and stained, pillows hard - impossible to use. The room must have their individual lock inside the room, otherwise,other people can come in easily when I stayed inside the room. Because,it happened !!!!. almost everything, small rooms, very poor breakfast, hotel stuff etc.
