Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought. However Taxis were surprisingly good value (we did not use the metro but there is a shop beside hotel).

We thought this was especially kind.The breakfast was superb - eggs made to order, with the breakfast room on the main level facing Boulevard Haussman. The room was a decent size for Paris, the bed was comfortable. The television was a huge box, but with a good picture, and good reception with local stations, CNN, BBC. The bathroom was of a decent size as well - enough room for a couple to be in there at the same time. location. Quality hotel at a little cheaper than others nearby. Get a club room or better for size. As previously, everything was as expected ..... quiet excellence.Very good location,near metro and department stores. location is outstanding. There was an excellent and very helpful Concierge by the name of Guilliaume. The restaurant staff was also very kind and helpful. Location. Stones throw from Galleries LaFayette. Nice room with balcony, overlooking quieter side street.Staff courtesy with one exception which i drew to reception's attention. Very close to the metro stop. But I informed the reception when I check out. The rooms (and especially furniture) are old-fashioned. the hotel was doing renovation and the floor to the room was covered in drop cloths. One day the cleaner did not clean our room. Also bathroom amenities were not refilled. the bed. sanitary engineering. Room was very small and definitely needed upgrading.Some noise/alarm went off in the hall way during the night and persisted for about an hour until we compained and they saw to it! Otherwise all ok. cleaning very poorly organized; empty mini bar; no mineral water usually provided by hotels. Very poor service at breakfast - F. ex. Last day no coffee.
