Wonderful place, I would totally recommend it for a stay in Paris. Hotel is decorated in a very elegant and charming style, rooms are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, by the way they also know some very good restaurants in the area. And the location is perfect for exploring Paris - it's near Opera Garnier, and you can walk in 15-20 min to Louvre, Tuilerie garden or even to Place Concorde. Also, for those who want to do shopping, right nearby is And the area itself is the ve.

Location is great, 10-minutes walk to L'opera and Galarie Lafayette, 15-minute walk to Vendome Place. We actually walk from hotel to all above places, and Louvre, Musee d'orsay, Notre Dame, Pompidou, Hotel de Ville... Breakfast is in basement, interesting, lots of Japanese restaurants in 5-minute walk distance. Although not large by US standards, room was a decent size for a hotel in central Paris in that price range. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent; it is an easy walk to the Opera Garnier, the Louvre, the Tuilerie Gardens, the Orangerie, etc. several subway lines pass nearby. The staff was very helpful and informative, and one evening gave us an excellent restaurant suggestion, Free coffee and croissants available in lobby (although they maybe breakfast leftovers. The staff are incredibly kind and generous with their time. The hotel standard very high, clean and good facilities. We were "upgraded" to the duplex room. We had a balcony to enjoy our bottle of bubbly and chocolates which I had organised through the hotel for my wifes 50th birthday. Location was central, so great to get to the see the sites and restaurants. I thoroughly recommend the hotel. When we have saved enough money, we will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for access to all the sites, the staff have always been very helpful (nothing is a bother), for cebtral Paris and the price the single occupancy rooms are a good size, there is free wifi and the hotel is down a quiet street so little to no noise. The bed this time was comfortable and the room was clean. I will definately be staying again next trip. This hotel is located in the centre of Paris accessible to all the landmarks. Although central, the hotel was located off a main street allowing for a restful sleep. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, the hotel staff friendly and accommodating. We could not fault it. The breakfast is not really worth it - better to go to a local cafe. There was nothing that I did not like!. Some tv channels didn't work and staff wasn't able to fix it. Needs process change / new instructions for staff on what to do and follow up. Hotel carpets could probably use replacing as they are showing their age. There was nothing negative I could comment on. Shower not very powerful and curtains in room didn't quite meet in the middle when drawn. These issues did not in any way affect our stay though :). We had a family room ( 2 rooms connected), one of the rooms was very dark almost no window since it was covered and did not open, but we were glad to have the family room though inspite of this. We were on the sixth floor. The elevator only goes to the fifth! Narrow steep staircase to our room. shower instead of bathtub breakfast room too small on underground level. Carpeted floor in the room. No vegetables in the breakfast. Nothing to mention. On that day, the croissants / fresh bread were not warm, but cold, however it might have just been that day as I have stayed here before and it was absolutely fine - and even with that said, this was made up by a wonderful scrambled egg!. I always stay in this hotel every 2 weeks for business purposes and I do not have 1 negative remark!. Nothing. There was NOTHING not to like about this hotel. rooms were fairly small but this seems to be the standard for Paris. Minor items: list of tv channels not up-to-date; had to ask for a receipt confirming payment of hotel bill, i.e. I was only given a bill which did not show my payment. Rooms are not sound proof. My wife was coughing and guest above started to bang and stomp on the floor. When we switched the tv on at night at normal volume, guest above start their tantrum again. Breakfast: it was expensive. The single bed in the triple room was not really confortable... Rooms are small, but this is typical for Paris. Nothing to dislike. Building works next door. The room was quite small, but I think this is typical of most hotel rooms in Paris. The rooms were small, but nice. There was nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom!. no English TV Channels.
