  This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. Beds were comfy,air con worked well and parking was 8 euros per da... what people say » y,which was the cheapest by a long way when I was looking at options. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport (about 10 mins taxi ride away- expect to pay 16-18 euros each way). We arrived at about 2pm, and only noticed upon arrival it had a 5pm check-in. The hotel was great for our needs as we just wanted somewhere to stay for 1 night in Nice that wasn't too far from the airport. The - for low budget price, the service was great. Clean hotel, Owner was perfect. You are about 3 KMS from the old city boardwalk. As long as you know this going in, you are fine. Perfect value for what you pay for. Room is small, but again, it is budget. Great courtyard to wait for people while they get ready. Remember, you are in Nice to be in Nice and not in your hotel room. Room is place just to rest head.

Overall an excellent place to stay, even if it is quite a way from the old town - easy to walk or ride in along the Promenade though. We will stay here again next year.
