Only stayed one night (transfer from Saint. Raphale to Norway), but we liked this small hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful room (we had the superior room) with a kitchenette. all reviews » Hotel is actually one floor in a building, but that's not bad at all. Room was clear,spacious and tidy. Perfect location, just one street away from the beach. Great wi fi connection and a mini laptop in the room. Walls were a bit thin and u can hear people walking in the corridor, but that's not a deal breaker. My small single room was very nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. Good WiFi connection in the room. The location is excellent, it´s close to everything, as tram, buses, shops, restaurants, Old Town and beach. You have to previously arrange with the owner, Agnes, when you will arrive, so she will wait for you to check in. No Elevator. hotel staff hardly ever there to ask questions,as there is not really a reception area. also it doesnt bother us but you should be aware its on the 3nd floor with no stairs. There are stairs (as everyone else has pointed) but nevertheless great place!. It is on the 2nd floor but it's a minor problem for this wonderful B&B. nothing... Tiny bathroom (we are both very tall so it was strictly one person in the bathroom at a time, and even then it was tight)!. Our room (no.3) was small which was difficult for two girls getting ready. 3rd Floor without the elevator. Lack of a lift and shower cubicle rather small. Located on the 3rd floor (in Russia it is 4 th), there is no elevator in the house, so I had to lift luggage samostoyatelno.Internet slow. size of rooms, but that should be expected for these types of budget hotels with best location. Nice is a very expensive place to live and eat in the tourist season. I would hold out for a bit longer and travel during the non-season next time. The number of stairs (56) you have to climb with your luggage. This was very unconfortable because my luggage was heavy. The walls were very thin, so you could hear your neighbors and people in the hallway. Lots of stairs and no lift. A bit hard to find, just a door with a small sign. Wifi would only work in reception area. Nothing. No elevator, and one of our rooms was a bit small. Except For the Stairs. Most of the time no one in the front desk in day time ,, no safety deposit box in the room and was written in the facilities , the towels were not clean , no soundproof , hear a lot of noise in the corridor. Tiny room, hard to find. lack of staff presence.
