  The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up getting one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous. It was also the only room with a balcony overlooking Place Massena! It was perfect to listen to the Jazz fest that was going on across the street.   Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Excellent location: near the beach, shops and the bus stop to the airport, right in the middle of the city centre. Good value for the money. There wasn't a minibar in the room as promised but there was a fridge in the hotel kitchen which we could use. Instead there was a kettle in the room. Even though it's an old property that would need some decorational work, there were no funny smells or mold in the ro - Cozy small room with French doors to tiny balcony overlooking busy tourism plaza, festive environment, not quiet solitude. Close to restaurants and shops. Hotel staff very friendly. Accommodations perfect for our minimal needs. WiFi was appreciated. In room microwave oven, tiny fridge and hot water maker were convenient for snacks.

  This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport (about 10 mins taxi ride away- expect to pay 16-18 euros each way). We arrived at about 2pm, and only noticed upon arrival it had a 5pm check-in. The hotel was great for our needs as we just wanted somewhere to stay for 1 night in Nice that wasn't too far from the airport. The - for low budget price, the service was great. Clean hotel, Owner was perfect. You are about 3 KMS from the old city boardwalk. As long as you know this going in, you are fine. Perfect value for what you pay for. Room is small, but again, it is budget. Great courtyard to wait for people while they get ready. Remember, you are in Nice to be in Nice and not in your hotel room. Room is place just to rest head.

Walls were a bit thin and u can hear people walking in the corridor, but that's not a deal breaker.
