  Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us 4 large bottles of water as we were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to buy ... what people say » some for the car. Another staff member went out of his way to find a restaurant with specific cuisine for us and printed out a map. - Room interior was superb with great selection of bath amenities. Gym was well equipped and pool facilities were extensive including steam room and sauna. Location was good - nice and quiet being in a less busy street but still close to everything.

  The kids loved the hotel because of the playstation downstairs and the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. We loved the friendly staff in the restaurant and the great food - we had breakfasts and dinners there. They made us feel welcome all the way, they even gave the kids presents when we arrived! Although the prom was a 10 min walk we were so pleased we stayed in the Novotel as we were able to see all areas of Nice with only a short walk. The food, staff and facilities were excellent and if I ever stay in Nice again i will be booking this hotel.

  The first impressions of the hotel was the receptionist whio was very pleasant and polite. She explained where we should go and see during our stay and pointed it all out on a map which she gave us. The room was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. We will def - Had a great stay at the hostel. I arrived late at night with the train and there was no problem checking in. For me the best part was the walking tour, if it is done during one of the days you are staying, do not even think about not doing it. Emilie was a great tour-guide and made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories.
