we upgraded to a superior room and it was very nice, with a lovely aspect - overlooking all the fountains in the Park Massena. Very clean peaceful and quiet, in prime location with very good restaurant. The superior rooms are very nicely decorated. The location was great. We have superior room and it's perfect. Very clean, great view from the room and excellence location. I recomend this hotel.

Tea and coffe facilaties would have been nice in room. the room was double but somehow it was prepared only for one guest (number of towels, bath shoes etc.), there was thousand of not fixed details, the toilet seat was broken. I got the good price by booking.com (almost 50% off normal price). I will never pay full price for this room. The room was overpriced considering what was provided. There were additional costs for breakfast (20euros per person per day) and the use of a small pool on the rooftop (14euros per person per day). The room size was adequate and it was comfortable but I would have expected more for the price paid.Service was not exactly "warm". Everything was "no" fully booked" cantgive you a beach view, etc, and when I asked for an internationaladapter the front office team member produces a box full of totallyuseless adaptors! Saying the other guests must have taken, why waste mytime showing me adaptors that dont have any use to me. There was quite a lot I didn't like about the hotel. I found the staff unhelpfull and almost rude. The hotel seems to have a policey of suck the guest dry once they are in!!!!!!!! Every thing was an addition cost. Breakfast, Swimming pool, drinking water in the room and they wouldn't even supply a iron to the room, Clothes had to be sent to the laundry to be ironed at a hefty cost.The room was very battered and the walls very dirty. cleanliness of my room, breakfast below the average standard. Deluxe room on the 6th floor was very noisy, on the 7th floor they had partyes, weddings! Its very bad idea to have best rooms under party floor. We hade to change deluxe room to regular room. Non-smoking rooms not available even though I booked one. Room was oldand shabby. No international channels available.Really only a 2 star.
