Pure comfort. they allowed me check in 9 am after exhausting jet lag flight from IAD. coud not be better location in CPH. they allowed me late checkout to wait until I could board my ship. On Friday and Saturday there was a horrible noise from a Disko downstairs,. It took too long time to make the check-in and the breakfast was not comprehensive enough. Quite small single rooms. Buffet breakfast which was offered for extra 95,-DKK was poor comparing to other hotels of this category e.g. in Scandinavia.The internet corner in the lobby had no chair - probably to avoid guests being there too long. Single room was small but comfortable. Bed was very soft. The breakfast rate is a bit high (DKK 110, or about Eur 15). Apart from taxes mentioned on the website, there appeared also to be an environmental fee of DKK 35. We asked for a quiet room and they put us two doors from the breakfastrestaurant which was very busy and loud every morning (the exactopposite of quiet). We asked to change rooms immediately and luckilythat worked out for us in the end.I don`t "like" the use of the card in the elevator. The door should open automatically when you have all your baggage with you. May have been a typo on the Booking.com website that gave me a rate lower than the hotel expected which caused some concerns at checkout.While the breakfast buffet was quite good, it could be improved to have more variety. The room rate is very expensive, but I think that is jus Copenhagen, tea and coffee facilities would be good to have in the room.Key cards that dodn't work properly. My 14 years old son missed a swimmingpool. :-) The breakfastroom seemed to be too small with so many guests. there was no one to help me move my luggage to my room upon arrival.Room too small. No safe box. yes. i asked several times that my room is to be cleaned while i am out. i told th cleaners and the reciptionists and almost always they come to clean in my lunch break when ireturn to me room. the reciptionists actually will answer : we'll see what we ca do. when i expect to hear: sure it will be cleaned between 9:30 and 12:30 when you are out.Decor was spotlessly clean but the decor was grubby - a fresh coat of paint and some new grout would make a lot of difference. TV far too big for the toom. When we first arrived to check in we found at front desk the lady was not friendly or accomodating. Even as we were checking out with the same staff member we did not find this a good experience considering the price we paid for the service.next to a very laud street, no sport facilities. I got an upgrade, but the room was still very small and didn't have a queen size bed but 2 rather small single beds.Single room was small and cramped. Bed was small and next to the wall. Except for the first member of staff that booked us in, everyone else came across as rude. I stayed 5 nights and the room was cleaned only once. There were problems with my reservations and I did not get the quality of room that I had reserved but was charged for it anyway.Rooms small and beds much too soft. Poor value for a superior room. Did not like the room, to small. To small beds, very dusty carpet on the floor. Very noisy discoteck outside. small beds unsuitable for big hugs. Techno beat during night in some of the rooms.There are many negative things to say about this hotel. The beds are a joke, they are ridiculously soft and the mattress slides around and so does the whole bed. I fell off the bed on one occassion. The service was not impressive, we asked for a room with a view on Rådhuspladsen but without any comments from the reception this request was not met. The breakfast was a noisy crowded cheap zoo. everything. Cleanliness of the room is very poor, bed is quite too soft, hotel is very noisy, staff is rude, no restaurant available, only breakfast as of 7AM. The picture on the site is far from reality concerning room quality and cleanliness. It was my first time in this hotel and also the last one.
