The staff was very helpful and the location was great. We could walk to many restaurants and public transportation. We had a great time in Stockholm. If you can, order a Stockholm card, it comes in very handy for Museums and trasportation. Great location, nice and helpful staff. everything. The hotel provided everyhting I needed, I could use the internet free of charge, the staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was in a central location (everything could be reached by walking), the hotel and surrounding streets were quiet. It's big but there's a nice atmosphere.

The room for 3 persons was indeed smaller than the room for 2 persons (double room). Was a bit expensive... very small. Lack of security officer.
