Superb atmosphere & exceptionally stylish interior design (some may find a bit dark & gloomy, but it's entirely a matter of taste, it completely fits the name and the oriental trend of the hotel + it doesn't bother at all if u stay for a few days), all very new and not shabby at all (was important for me), very comfortable beds and pillows, very nice design bathrooms, perfect B&O displays plus very good breakfasts!.

Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone. The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was large, bed comfortable, bath large with tub and shower...very clean. Turn down service at night, very nice addition of chocolates and a orchid. The room was just wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing and walking all day in Prague. They even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. Would highly recommend the hotel. Funky design of hotel. Spacious room and very trendy bathroom. Staff were great. Buddah Bar below the hotel was friendly and the service was good as was the food at the restaurant. Hotel location within walking distance of most sights. No view actually. Spa only had one therapist available. No couples massage available. Coffee at breakfast was never hot enough despite many requests. That is the only thing we did'nt like - the rest was great. There is an amazing walk in rain shower in the room toilet but it has no door. So water splashes out during showering. all perfect. Lack of English knowledge by restaurant staff. nothing. I was expecting a larger hotel experience as opposed to the boutique atmosphere that is BB-Prague. I was disappointed that the main restaurant was closed the two evenings I was there. Can't help that I suppose. N/A. Nothing. or ... too much excellence :) . I guess the SPA suite could be bigger, to fit more than one bed, and not to have the entrance right at the massage bed. The corridors are too dark. Dark in places and perhaps too much technology. Perhaps the lighting a bit dark but that is the ambience of the place. We left on Friday but understand the bar can be noisy on the weekends. The halls are too dark. Needs more light. None!!. No tooth-brushes and tooth-paste... why? Just a few tv-channels. No channels for children. A bit too dark in the whole hotel. Room not very spacious Buddha Bar Restaurant too dark No gym, no spa in the hotel. N/A. It was perfect!. Nothing. Room size..bit tight. Sinks were cracked in bathroom & rooms had a bit of 'wear and tear'. It's a bit weird that with such an amazing tv they hardly have any channels in it. A small detail in such a great hotel. Nothing. Difficult to find side street location graffiti on building accross street toook out at 5 stars. The bill. No fitness facilities on premises. too expensive. staff was not enough experienced.
