The Old Town Square Apartments are located right in the historic centre of Prague, only 200 metres from Old Town Square and the famous Astronomical Clock. Most of the apartments have 2 or 3 separated bedrooms and can accommodate 2 to 8 people. All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, DVD, flat-screen satellite TV, and private bathroom facilities, some with a bathtub. All the units have heating and some also air-conditioning. Close to the Old Town Square Apartments you will find the most famous theatres, concert halls, historical monuments and plenty of restaurants and shops. Airport transfer is available upon request. The surcharge varies upon the size of the car.

Nice simple set up - quiet and well located with staff on call ready to answer questions. Very good location, the apartment was functional and comfortable, but do not expect luxury. I would totally recommend these guys. They manage several apartments in the area so it is worth talking to them if you have concerns. all reviews » We loved the location of the apartments. The apartment was very spacious, with everything we needed. The building had old-world character; while the apartment was very modern. Being able to leave our suitcases in the apartment in the morning and collect them from the office later in the day of check-out was very useful. It is advisable to take their offer of arranged transport from Prague airport - we were taken directly to our apartment, where we were met and all paperwork completed. Thank you. Everything was just perfect, we rented two apartments, for us (young couple) and for our parents. Both apartments were fully equiped: washing and dishwashing machines, hair drier, big TV, coffee machine... Everything a family need and even more. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Best parking possibility is underground public parking, but price is around 25EUR per day. Better to call reception and ask nearest parking. Even that we had our dog full day in a dog cage in the flat we were not disturbing by staff at all. We (two seniors, two adults and a child) stayed at the top floor with 3 rooms. The flat was great, nicely furniturised. We had everything we need, dishwasher, hair dryer, everything else. It was clean also. The staff was helpfull. The location was 50 metres away from the Oldtown Square, so it was very close. The building has an elevator, which is a good plus. Perfact location. We could walk only 2 minutes to powder tower, 2 minutes to main old square with Tyn church and astronomical clock. 7 minutes to Carlos bridge. Room were clean. Kitchen was useful to prepare meal. Large refrigerator with freezer was really useful. Our room were newly repaired so we could enjoy a brand new rooms with clean furnitures. Basic budget apartment - even though there were only three of us in a six bed place - it was still the most affordable. Beds not the most comfy but had washing machine and access to clothes airing racks. Location location - proximity to old town astronomical clock just steps away. Staff had great travelers tips. The space, location was perfect, very good appliances , ie iron , cleaning products , you don't often get these, great for a group of people who just want somewhere to stay, nothing over the top but good location for bars and restaurant as just around the corner,. The apartment had not been properly cleaned, and we had to request that this was attended to. Hence the 'fair' rating given to the cleanliness criterion. There was a considerable delay in getting a second set of keys, which interrupted our spare time. Previous guests had been smokers, and it was impossible to get rid of that smell. To their credit, when we complained the staff did everything to rectify the matters. the check out at 10:30. Nothing to say ). The main entrance door of the building is hard to open with the key given from reception. nothing! Only ask for the best parcking spot (you have to pay for the parking because parling areas in old downtown Prague are only for residents). None. Nothing. There was no lift at all and there was 92 steps to our room. They did carry our bags though. The reception area was bit scary as wasn't very nice that building , but was took 3 minutes away to another building , which was loads better, Also the stars was a challenging as went around and we was at the top also, but can't be helped as an old building , wouldn't put me off though going again,. We were on the third floor and there is not yet an elevator although one is being built. tiny things though :) - the television needs repair because it hanged sometimes and a bin in the bathroom would be great :). Nothing at all; we stayed for 4 nights, wish we skipped other and stayed here longer. The only problem with my apartment was the sound of the pub down stairs. If you are an early sleeper, it might be a problem. The pillows were really thin. When arriving the staff informed me that I could pay in local currency (cash) or with credit card. If I paid with credit card, they would charge a 2% fee which the explained was for the exchange rate. This seemed odd since the credit card company would charge fees for the foreign transaction and add their own markup. It was hard to give our baggages upstears. wish we could have stayed longer !. No air conditioning (and it was very hot on our trip) but I think this is pretty typical of most apartment accommodations!. there was additional cost upon payment. not exactly what was confirmed by letsbookhotel.com. No lift Not the cleanest - esp communal areas but probably due to the fact they are building a lift so lots of dust and the bins are stored right inside the entrance so it's a bit smelly on your way in but not in the apartments themselves. One thing I still remember: it was difficult to switch water from tap to shower (the mechanism didn't work quite properly). The nightclub downstairs that kept us awake until 4am on Sunday morning. It was ok on Sunday and Monday nights. Power shorted out a couple of times. No toaster. You have to climb stairs or take an older, small lift to get to the rooms. You need to park at the shopping center located several blocks to the east of the hotel. Driving in Prague is a pain. Unusual heat wave during our visit. A fan would have been great. The faint smell of cigarette smoke. Smoking indoors is still legal in the Czech Republic. No shower in apartment 10, only a bath. Most others have showers, I believe. No curtains to darken windows, only shears. Even with elevator, you have to go up two flights of stairs for this apartment. No elevator but one is being installed and will be working shortly. I wrote an email 1 week prior to our arrival to ask few questions, but nobody ever replied.... Shower wasn't fixed to the wall which made it difficult when washing my hair!. nothing... The fact that there was no elevator. The office was not in the same block as apartment so we had to walk there every time we had a question. No air conditioning. Shower wasn't good either. It could be a bit unsafe if you're walking alone in that area as it's a very small alley to the apartment. No elevator for the room we stayed. If any urgent need, you may have to wait as the staff is in another building. I had only a short stay in Prague, wish I could have more time there and enjoy the comfy of OldTown Square apartment. *Such a minor point, but the fact that the only English speaking chanels were news chanels (there are dvd players though, so bring dvd's) *6 flights of stairs to reach our apartment, my parents are elderly and found this a little difficult due to no lift in the second building. No complaints at all.
