The transformation in this hotel has been spectacular over the past 20 years. I was amazed by its refurbishment, which has taken out of its Velvet Revolution era facade. Really comfortable place for relaxing and planning your next day. One of the hotel receptionists was exceptionally helpful in providing useful information. Although I had caused some trouble with booking, cancelling, changing, rebooking etc I was welcomed in a friendly way by the gentleman in charge on Thursday 30th late afternoon. We wanted to say thank you but then he was not on duty when we left on Saturday.
