location,price.great location. The location of the hotel. Very convenience. Just a few minutes to city centre. proximity to the historical city center. the breakfast is not for a 4 star hotel. They made us pay in advance when we checked in, which was annoying for me. Not a huge problem for us, but our room (first floor) was really noisy; you felt as if the people in the street were talking just beside your bed. Breakfast is rather average; it is not so bad, but if you are expecting for a 4* hotel, it may disappoint you.if your windows are not shut bar across gets noisy. sometimes little noisy. The breakfast - poor. The room has no air-conditioning.1. the exchange rates, charging almost 10 % in addition if you pay with credit card; 2. they charged the entire amount for the full stay during the check in; 3. the reception girl was rude, not respectful (20 July at 8.30 p.m.).
