The place was absolutely new and clean. We booked at the very last minute and the host came to meet us within 30 min from our booking. She also allowed us to check out a few hours later than the official check out time. Location was great, very central, in a beautiful square with nice restaurants and bars and even if noisy outside, there were no noises at all when closing the windows. With the new air con. System perfectly working we slept very well. The view from the windows was beautiful too.
all reviews » We were met at the airport by a driver arranged by the owners, Paula and Adrian. He took us to the property where we were met by the owners, who greeted us warmly and gave us restaurant and activity suggestions. They also offered to take us to the port the next day. The room was perfect; beautifully designed, clean and quite comfortable. There was even a bottle of wine, fruit, and sweets on the table. We couldn't have made a better choice for accommodation. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great position, in one of the most beautiful squares in Split, but hidden enough to avoid noise (thanks even to the perfect insonorized system of the windows). Staff is great, very helpful and kind. Rooms are new, clean and with fantastic air conditioning. When we arrived, they let us find fresh fruit, some typical sweets and a bottle of wine. The price worths the stay. Excellent location in the core of everything. Extremely nice, quiet and clean room. Maybe the first time when the room matches the pictures and desciption. This is a great choice for Split. It's a little expensive, but I think worth it for what you get. No breakfast possibility due to limited area but just outside the building you have several nice places serving breakfast. Nothing not to like, just wish we could have stayed longer!. We had a couple of problems related to the keys... Staff reacted with great dilligence and efectiveness. No elevator. Depending on the outside temperature and the day of the week some external people out there on the street party quite a lot and make noise.
