The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in, and someone was there, as promised, to get us settled in with everything we may need. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had our very own kitchen, washer, fireplace, hdtv w/ dvd player and small balcony opening up to the city of Vancouver. There was also rooftop access with a great view of the city and options to bbq, during nicer weather. We were also able to attend the spa/gym just down the way, free of charge during our s.

This is a great choice, it's like having your very own apartment in West End Vancouver. I had read other reviews here where folks complain about noise. Just wanted to say, this is a non-issue! It's a city, so of course there is going to be some background noise - but there was nothing untoward or unusual about the noise level, and Times Square even had put ear plugs in the. We had a 1 bedroom suite with den.We loved the fully equipped kitchen and also washing machine and drier, which was such a plus when travelling. The bedroom was large, but be prepared for the size of the den - only a little larger than the single bed it contains! This is fine - they don't imply anything different. Location was great for us - bus to downtown, walking distance to Stanley Park. The staff were great. Very private and secure. I'd thoroughly recommend these suites. The location close to Stanley Park was great !We spent a lot of time walking all over the park. We loved walking to restaurants near the hotel. We also loved having a kitchen and the Safeway near by so we could "eat in". The staff at Times Square was so helpful whether they answered questions about the weather or how to use the bus system or what attractions to visit. We loved everything! The best thing about Time Square Suites is its location. Right in the center of Vancouver's Restaurant district, there are literally 14 restaurants within one block. In addition, the staff was friendly and helpful, recommending some local restaurants. Everything. For an inner city apartment it had a peaceful atmosphere and felt like home away from home. The staff were amazing, the apartment had everything you need, the location was fantastic. The bedroom was a little cramped with the giant bed in it (a very comfy bed, though) and one of the closets had a water heater in it so not very useful. They don't refresh the towels and linens daily unless you ask. Room for first 3 nights was noisy (facing Denman). Only after we complained were we given a room facing the back for next 3 nights. TSS should give the "better" rooms to longer staying guests. it was perfect.... Nothing. Nothing all was good. the only negative was the loud air conditioning units, impossible to sleep with them on!. Noisy air conditioner in bedroom. Nothing. Would of loved the second bedroom to be a little bit larger. Noise from automated traffic crossing lights early morning.They did provide ear plugs and you did get used to it. This is not a hotel in the regular sense. There is no hotel lobby or kitchen so no room service. having to leave. The road noise, paying for parking was expensive. Suites looking down on Denman Street hardly bearable for more than one night (noise level) - ask for back yard suites !. It was shocking warm all the time & the Ac was very loud. The entrance and reception was a little hard to find upon arrival but once familiarised we were fine. Aircon was bit noisy. We were on the second floor, the second bedroom where the kids slept was very warm but I was nervous to let them sleep with the window open as the room could be directly accessed from the extended patio. I suggest installing another window unit on the rooms that could be accessed from the patio for safety/security of your guests. All good. We asked for a quiet room but were given a room on a busy street. They provide earplugs.
