  Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny.   My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge....
