Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. The location of the hotel ---- the room (#1810) with two comfortable chairs with stools (poofs) that we could sit at and watch the seaplanes take-off and land. We're coming back!!!!.

Liked the hotel's "simple" approach to a stay, has everything one would need, the location is excellent, staff is friendly. A very modern and clean hotel with some excellent helpfully staff. Really enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. I loved how friendly the staff was! I faced absolutely no problems with the hotel, everyone was so helpful. Great views from floor to ceiling glass windows. Nicely appointed rooms in a great location. Loved the location, the gym and the staff who were very helpful. Open air jacuzzi was great. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Gym and pool (although didn't have time to use). Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean room, close to everything we wanted to go to!. The service at the restaurant while friendly is limited. Menu is limited and the plates aren't savory overall. I asked for more Parmesan cheese for my pasta with pulled chicken, and was told it already had it...I asked for more and it never came. Nothing at all. The view could have been a little better but that is not really their fault. The location is such that you can see the waterfront through buildings. There was no fixed time for housekeeping. Sometimes I would go out and find my room done by 12 and sometimes it wouldn't be done till 5 in the evening. We booked a sea facing room, but weren't warned how noisy it would be because of the float planes, I would have chosen a different room otherwise. The pool was really too small swim in, but nice idea having it open air. would have liked a small fridge in the room. Wished room was a bit bogger. Can't recall anything. Nothing. chairs in the room are very uncomfortable. Valet parking was $33/night. Staff were excellent at getting your car when asked but it isn't like being able to get to your car at will. Sterile atmosphere. Bar smelt of cleaning fluid. Check In took a long time - waiting whilst staff took forever to handle the people in front of me. Swimming Pool was so small you couldn't swim properly in it. THe staff did not follow through with promises made about our requests. No FRIJor decent table/chairs in room,the one chair to sit in was broken.Not what you would expect in a hotel of this star rating. room was showing signs of age. Didnt get the room we reserved, the view was not what was advertised.
