Breakfast was exellent and the easy access to transport. Location was excellent.Though not in the old part the Hotel is well placed with a tram station right outside and 1.20 euros to get into the heart of it you can't complain. Though I have to say the walk in is nice too. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast awaits in the morning. Clean room, good location.

The hall lights, very hot, high intensity halogen bulbs, as well--perhaps--some mechanical equipment in closets without air circulation, no contributed to the problem.The hotel is a fair distance from the city centre although there are frequent trams that stop right outside the hotel. Slow elevator, so get some exercise in using the stairs. It was on a main street, right by a tram stopping point. even with double glazing, the noise from early morning was disturbing to sleep. a bit far from the center. by foot it takes almost half an hour. but quite close to the tram station.street noise. Closeness to the town. Altough the hotel has a parking place, it is too small. If this is full is quite difficult to get out. The hotel was full and the breakfast facilities were not large enough. But difficulty finding this hotel from the A10 because the roads inside the city centre are not clearly marked means I would not repeat it!. I just would like to have the restaurant in the hotel, yould be more confortable, because of late arrival.Could be a bit cleaner, the room looked liked it had not been used for a while, and the cups and saucers where dusty. Very poor car parking. Too small.price is a little to high. the stairs and corridor. We had a room on the first floor but facing the busy main road. The room was very noise due to traffic and metro. Brown water when taking bath, pillows were not really good and only oneextra. A bit far from the citycentre. Being woken up as someone tried to enter the room, due to an error by a staff member. The car park is difficult to use and expensive. Street parking may be preferable. Room was not seviced by housemaid on 1 day! Breakfast was very average. There was no regular tea available. Bit spartan and the mini bar was a bit dull.no view from window. The parking in the hotel is very expensive and it is very uncomfortable to get in with bigger car. My booking was for non smoker and I received smokers room.The garage was not easy to access. Hot water for bath was only luke warm,very disapointed,had to getreception up,but to no use. Windows close very bad. It's cold (we were at -3ºc outside)/ Check outis at 11h, they don't inform you when you enter. You know it if you readthe information of the room. If you are not out at 11h,they call you at11.10h to say that you must go out/ the courtains were so dirty/room wasvery, very small/ An the hotel is very oldl/There were nothing to hangthings in the room cabinet.It was broken.
