Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. There was a great selection of TV channels

The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

In a friendly, nice district, close to a huge park. Good public transport connection. Modern, minimal style furniture design. No 24h reception - still they are very flexible in check-in and check-out times if you inform the manager in advance. WiFi was free in spite of the website says the opposite (maybe depends on the length of stay.) -

Our room was fantastic. till now i still miss my stay there very much! We had a spacious and comfortable studio with personal bathroom and having a kettle, fridge and microwave in the room made everything so much more convenient! a dining table with basic cutleries help us save alot on eating out. The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

Extremely clean and modern, and very close to the Gare du Midi station. The neighborhood itself is not great, but I felt quite safe walking around during the day, and a taxi at night from the Grand Place area was only 7 Euros. Plus the hotel is so much cleaner and more comfortable than the older, more expensive places that are closer to the Grand
