The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, and with a small kitchen. The very best were the hotel reception staff, very kind and helpful to solve small problems: the air conditioning in the apartment was not working and I was inmediately relocated to a new one. I liked that the room was very spacius and had a slight decoration. The fridge was very convenient and the living-room was a fine place to spend your evenings.

The location of the studio is excellent, it is good equiped and has everything needed for short time visit. Free WiFi Kitchen. The apartments are not very close to the reception desk, placed at the Residence Agenda Hotel and were you have to return the keys when leaving, what is a little uncomfortable. When it was raining, the bedroom was filled with water from window holes. The tram was very noisy after 05:00 in the morning. The walls were extremely thin. There was no room service (new sheets, clean the room,throw away the garbage ect.). There were only two little soaps, two little samples of shower gel. We pay 75 euro per night to have nothing. Noisy - trams on adjacent road, lots of traffic on the side road, bar/night club opposite was very busy and noisy over the weekend. The studio was rather cold. The central heating did not work good and the radiators were cold. Residence Agenda is 3 1/2 blocks away from reception (main hotel where you pick up your key) which is not well defined on description. Is not on Rue de Florence, 6, but on Berckmansstraat 31. the bed as well as the sofa were partly broken. I stayed there previously and I didnlt had such problems, so I suppose it just happended. Did,nt find a hairdryer. Every thing was good for our short stay in your hotel. It was a bit far from the Hotel Agenda. And if you leave late in the day, you need to go back to the hotel to leave the keys, do the check-out and leave your luggage. Also, no phone line in the apartment, very uncomfortable. My apartment was too noisy, especially during the night. The wc was a bit smelly. Some kitchen equipment was dirty / dusty. Not having the assistance of someone in case something goes wrong (e.g. not getting the apartment door open and having to go back to the hotel reception to be given another apartment and back to the apartment carrying all my luggage). The flat was old and dirty. The room was not very clean. A lot of noice from the busy street. Away from the Hotel Agenda where the reception is. My room was in the 7th floor and the lift worked up to 6th floor. I brought up my heavy suitcase by the stairs... Cleaning was not very perfect, especially in the kitchen. I also found small dusts on the floor and stains in the dishes/glasses. No bath tub, only shower. Too close to tramline, not actually a hotel, but an apartment (fine for one night stay). old furniture, not so clean. Rooms facing a very busy, noisy street with a tramway. No quiet or peace. No double-glazing windows to keep out the street noise. Too far from the check-in place at hotel Agenda. Dirrty and run down interior on a noisy street.
