The apartment cost no more than a reasonable hotel room price, in the centre of Brussels. An easy 5 mins walk from the Eurostar station, and 20 mins walk from Grand Place (mostly down one straight road). Everything in the apartment spotlessly clean, full apartment facilities, comfortable, stylish, & very friendly efficient staff. The coded button & telephone double door entrance to the apartments might seem a bit off-putting on first arrival, but it actually makes the building very secu.
all reviews » We reserved a studio which turned out to be very nice the 2 guys at the reception were very polite and very friendly. Its a 10-15 mins walk from the center (brussels is small , u can walk throughout the whole city) the location near brussels-midi station is great the studio felt like home , which is awesome . at some point we preferred staying in the studio rather than going out ... :-). Very convenient for Midi Station (Eurostar terminal). Large apartments with plenty of space for a family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Most people will be choosing this hotel/apartments for the cheap price or convenience being close to Midi Station and so should not expect luxury - it is basic but clean and comfortable. Have stayed there for 4-day trip in Brussel in May 2013. the appartmnt is close to the brussel midi station but its little bit far away from the main tourist attraction(although only 20mins by walking) friendly and helpful staff. large, clean room, better than most hotel or B&B in this price range. Family-run business and owners were extremely helpful and friendly; the apartment was scrupulously clean, large and well-equipped; only 5 minutes walk from the Eurostar Midi terminal with range of cafes, two good supermarkets (one organic) and metro station - just 3 stops into centre of city. Large comfortable, clean apartment with all required facilities. There were 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Toilet separate to bathroom, so its also good for a small group. Huge room. clean, comfort and close to midi station. kind and friendly staff. close to the station, very friendly staff. Well located because it's in front if the train station, what we needed. Staff was friendly and kind. It's a bit of a walk to the touristy areas, but it's constantly busy with the local people, and so felt safe even late in the evening. The area is a bit ghetto-ish ... but its safe of course, nothing to worry about. The immediate area is a bit like a 'ghetto' - however not only did we never get any hassle but it was also quite nice seeing a different side to brussels. The 10 minutes walk to the Grand Palace you pass through about 3 ethnic areas which was really interesting. The apartments are dated but for the price what do you expect? The only major gripe is that it can be noisy at night with doors slamming. can't remember. Area near apartment was not pleasant and there was quite a lot of road noise. The double bed made creeking noises every time we turned over which kept waking us up. Area looks a bit run down but we didn't feel unsafe at all. The locality is run down and a bit seedy. Lift and stairs very tight, which could be a problem with many people or big luggage. Corridor lights manually operated and only stayed on a short time. Nothing. nothing. Nobody to open the door at first. Sheets didn't look well, t.v was very old and didn't work well, the shower curtain was very dirty. The wifi doesn't work.
