The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. Excellent apartment, definitely I recommended as the best ever place to stay for leisure and business. Excellent!!!!!!

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

This place was great! Edmund (one of the people who lives there) came by and gave us advice on where to go out, and what was fun to do. The neighborhood is really cool, and my sister and I felt totally safe walking around. The room was a nice, quiet place to rest after long days of walking and sight-seeing. i would recommend it to anyone! -

There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel. Personally we prefer to be "off the beaten track" which this hotel was. It was just oustide the city centre but on the tour bus route. Our room was fantastic. till now i still miss my stay there very much! We had a spacious and comfortable studio with personal bathroom and having a kettle, fridge and microwave in the room made everything so much more convenient! a dining table with basic cutleries help us save alot on eating out. The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.
